What to do if my account has been compromised?

If you feel like your Tap account may have been compromised or hacked, please submit an immediate request to support@tap.global as soon as possible so our that our Customer Support team can assist you.

We also recommend changing immediately your password you can easily do so by following this steps:
• Start from the homepage
• Press on your profile picture
• Press at the top on "personal information & address"
• Choose "change password"
• Input your new password
