How do I report a lost / stolen card?

If your card has been lost or stolen , you can let us know in the app.

Here is how to proceed:
• Start from the homepage
• Navigate to your card dashboard
• Above your virtual card you will encounter a little blue cog, press on it.
• In the appearing drop down menu you will find " report Lost / Stolen card", select this option.
• An message box will appear asking you to confirm the operation, confirm by selecting " yes".
